Shipping policy

Please allow for 1-2 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Accessories and Ready To Ship Units will be shipped one business day after the payment is processed. For custom wig orders please allow 7-14 business days for wig construction and 2-4 business days for shipping. 

Once your order is shipped out, an order confirmation email will be sent along with your tracking number.

Once an order is placed, you can no longer cancel the order or make changes to the shipping address.
