Please allow 1-2 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Accessories and Ready To Ship Units will be shipped one business day after the payment is processed. For custom wig orders please allow 3-5 business days for wig construction and 2-4 business days for shipping.
Once your order is shipped out, an order confirmation email will be sent along with your tracking number.
Once an order is placed, you can no longer cancel the order or make changes to the shipping address. Units By Treesta is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If any issues with shipping arise, please contact your local delivery office.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges
Pick-ups and Drop-offs are currently unavailable. delays may occur due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS!
Exchanges will ONLY be permitted if a customer receives the wrong order. If by any chance you do receive the wrong order, please refer to the "Contact Us" page and message us with your order number and the issue with your item, we will get back to you within 48 hours. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you ship your item off with a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance. It is not guaranteed that your item will make it to us.
If a claim is filed without contacting us prior, your order will be cancelled and a refund will NOT be given. If any fraudulent activity is suspected, please contact us first at unitsbytreesta@gmail.com or through our "Contact Us" page. All sales are final and any claims will be disputed promptly and reversed.
