Damages and issues
Units By Treesta is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If any issues with shipping arise, please contact your local delivery office.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Exchanges will ONLY be permitted if a customer receives the wrong order. If by any chance you do receive the wrong order, please refer to the "Contact Us" page and message us with your order number and the issue with your item, we will get back to you within 48 hours. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you ship your item off with a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance. It is not guaranteed that your item will make it to us. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at unitsbytreesta@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS!

If a claim is filed without contacting us prior, your order will be cancelled and a refund will NOT be given. If any fraudulent activity is suspected, please contact us first at unitsbytreesta@gmail.com or through our "Contact Us" page. All sales are final and any claims will be disputed promptly and reversed.
